Here is a clip that my friend David Orlans passed along to me. Neil LeVang was the guitarist for the Lawrence Welk Show from 1959 until the last show in 1982. He replaced Buddy Merrill when he was called to serve in the U.S. Army. Check out the really cool maple board Strat which I think has an anodized guard. There is a blond piggyback amp that you can see toward the end of the clip. Maybe a Showman? Thanks David..!!!
