Ladies and gentlemen, players of all ages…….In speaking with Ken Kantor he told me that the new ZT Club 12 amp is due to start shipping at the end of November! That’s only about 2-1/2 months away! Just in time for the holidays I reckon. I am very excited to review this amp which will feature a 12″ speaker, Treble and Bass controls, traditional Reverb effect and will be LOUD just like the little Lunchbox amp.
I should be getting a review unit later this month so stay tuned for the skinny on this highly anticipated model. I actually played a prototype at the NY Amp Show back in May and it was a killer. First of all it was small and loud (what else would you expect from ZT?). The bottom end was huge but it was defined and tight. The tonestack could really shape the sound plus the reverb effect was more like a traditional reverb sound. Small? Yes! Loud? Yes! Awesome? Yes! I think it is another winner for Ken and everyone at ZT.
