Well, by now you have all probably heard about the flooding in Nashville, TN. It’s all over the internet, on the news and the stars that live in Nashville have been tweeting updates and pictures.
It is a complete disaster and has been devastating to musicians in the area. The flooding has taken out Soundcheck Nashville which is a storage and rental hub where an estimated 1,000 musicians and business owners house their gear. Brad Paisley’s road gear is under several feet of water…. Vince Gill may have lost most of his entire guitar collection, including irreplaceable vintage pieces with historic value. A tractor-trailer full of LeAnn Rimes’ road gear is also under about 3½ to 8 feet of water. And take a look at the photo of the inside of the Opry House….such a shame.
