Hey there all you hepcats…! Here is a pretty cool looking archtop guitar for you to get your twang on with. It’s the new Epiphone Swingster.
Some features include an arched select spruce top with maple back and sides, hand-scalloped bracing and sound post, and three-piece maple neck. This new Epiphone model aslo features a Bigsby-licensed B30 vibrato tailpiece, pinned roller tune-o-matic bridge new Epiphone SwingBucker pickups. It is available in three colors: black, transparent orange and wine red.
Another cool feature is that the pickups can be switched fromĀ serie to parallel by two push-pull pots on the tone controls. This gives you more tones from an otherwise simple, straightforward layout.
This should be a cool guitar for blues, swing-a-billy and rockabilly alike. Some jazz cats may dig it as well.
