ZZ Top Eliminator Album To Be Reissued

On March 25th look out for the reissue of ZZ Top’s eighth studio album, Eliminator. It was originally released in 1983 just in time for the MTV age of music videos. Eliminator has the distinct honor of being among the first group of albums to be awarded diamond certification for sales of 10 million copies.

The package consists of remastered version of the original album, seven bonus tracks, and a DVD with the iconic videos for “Legs”, “Gimmie All Your Lovin'” and “Sharp Dressed Man”.  The DVD also includes five live performances originally broadcast in England on the television program The Tube. The deluxe packaging also features rare photos and extensive liner notes.

Members of “That little ol’ band from Texas” are Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard. The band will perform on February 24th at the California Speedway for the 2008 west coast premier event for NASCAR.
